Eoghann Green is a Partner in BTO’s Dispute Resolution team.

Eoghann has a wealth of expertise as a highly regarded commercial disputes and insolvency litigator.

Working closely with litigation partners Angus Wood and Will Cole, he focuses on both corporate and personal insolvency, drawing on extensive experience in high-profile domestic and international cases.

A seasoned court practitioner, Eoghann has over a decade of success representing clients in the Sheriff Court, Sheriff Appeal Court and the Court of Session. He is also recognised for his strong track record in complex debt recovery matters and commercial disputes.
