Over the years, John has completed the sale and purchase of high value multi-let office developments and industrial estates, as well as large supermarkets.
His hotel experience includes the acquisition of two large hotels in Aberdeen, and he advised the operator of the high-end aparthotel at the Edinburgh St James Centre. John has also acted in several high-profile cross border transactions, and large UK wide insolvency related acquisition and disposals.
