Kay qualified as a solicitor in the summer of 2024 having undertaken a specialised family law traineeship. She provides advice in relation to a wide range of family law matters, including separation and divorce, financial provision, cohabitation, and child related cases. Kay also has experience in dealing with international and cross-jurisdictional cases particularly those concerning international child abduction and relocation disputes both in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

Kay is highly personable and takes pride in providing pragmatic and solution-focused advice to clients. She works with her clients to find a path that is best suited to them and their individual circumstances. Kay appreciates that clients are often experiencing an emotionally challenging time and works hard to support clients through this, alleviating as much stress as she can.
