During her time with the firm she has gained a wide range of experience in working on claims in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session, as well as on Fatal Accident and Public Inquiries. She has already appeared in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has a particular interest in advocacy work.
Kym has also acted on behalf of both Pursuers and Defenders during her time at the firm, and is adept in providing pragmatic and clear advice which is tailored to the particular needs and objectives of a wide variety of clients.
