Mediation
Commercial mediation is often referred to as a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and that is exactly what it is, another way of resolving a dispute - an alternative to litigation, arbitration or "throwing in the towel" – and one that often gives scope for parties to resolve their differences without damaging their valuable ongoing commercial relationships.
