Trusts
|
Trusts have been regarded traditionally as only for the very wealthy, and are generally not very well understood.
However, trusts can have many uses for any individual, not just the wealthy. They can be used to safeguard the interests of vulnerable beneficiaries who need protection due to their age, disability or particular circumstances. Trusts can also be used as an asset protection or tax planning mechanism. They can also be helpful where your family situation is more complicated and you want to make provision for different individuals with competing interests, such as your new spouse and children from a previous relationship.
We have experience in drafting and administering all types of trusts, whether during lifetime or on death. We would be happy to discuss your requirements with you and draft the trust which will best suit your needs depending on your goals and particular circumstances.
