Property Litigation
The team advises and represents commercial clients including private and Registered Social landlords, retailers, developers, financial institutions and Local Authorities on a variety of judicial remedies arising under commercial and private leases, as well as commercial securities. We are involved frequently also in commercial property disputes acting for owners and commercial tenants in conflicts over repairs and dilapidations.
We litigate regularly in a broad range of property-related actions in the Sheriff Court and in the Court of Session both pursuing and defending actions involving considerations of specific implement, payment whether by way of damages or otherwise, interdict (injunction) and Declarator.
