Service Contracts
These are contracts of employment which are usually issued to senior or key employees. They contain additional protection for employers in terms of garden leave, restrictive covenants and intellectual property, amongst other things. We can prepare service contracts for employers and also advise employees regarding the implications of signing such contracts.
