Product Liability

Product liability matters require in-depth investigation into the circumstances of the case and into the potential causes of the harm which is the subject of the claim. Devising the right strategy at the outset of the claim is key. We also believe that close consultation with the insured and others in the manufacturing process or supply chain is essential. We often find that where a claim requires to be paid, there is a right to pursue another party. For example, it may be possible to sue the supplier or manufacturer of the defective product or to seek relief in respect of the compensation paid to the harmed consumer.
