Biography
Yvonne has been involved in the insurance industry since the early 1990s. She is the Insurance Administration Manager in a very busy insurance department and responsible for the administration and organisation of 58 fee earners.
Yvonne is the first point of contact for existing and new insurance clients. Yvonne is in regular contact with clients and assists them with any requests or assistance they require on an ongoing basis. She is responsible for maintaining client e-billing systems, preparing and reporting to clients with their MI and ensuring that client protocols are adhered to.
