Biography
Sean focuses on defending a range of personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, primarily in respect of motor, public liability and employer liability claims, as well as defending some non-personal injury claims, such as actions for payment of repairs or credit hire.
Prior to joining BTO, Sean worked at a pursuer personal injury firm in Glasgow. While there, Sean gained useful experience mainly in handling and litigating personal injury claims arising out of road traffic accidents. Sean therefore has experience of both pursuing and defending claims.
