Biography
Ross is a Claims Handler within BTO’s Insurers’ Representation team, specialising mainly in personal injury matters. Prior to working for BTO, Ross worked for a large insurer handling Motor and Public and Employers’ Liability claims. He is able to use his experience and organisational skills to ensure the swift and cost efficient settlement of litigated claims. Ross has secured large savings in respect of fraudulent claims for several of our insurer clients.
