Biography
Pauline is a solicitor in our Employment Department, based in our Glasgow office. Pauline qualified as a solicitor in July 2020 and joined the firm in October 2022
Pauline has always had an interest in employment law. Pauline specialised in the field since the start of her career by undertaking a one seat traineeship, solely focusing on employment law.
Pauline has experience of advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters across a variety of different sectors. In addition, Pauline has experience of appearing before the Employment Tribunal representing clients with an excellent record of achievement. Pauline is particularly interested in advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, flexible working patterns and corporate restructures.
Outside of work, Pauline is a keen runner, having ran half-marathons in Vienna and Glasgow. Pauline also enjoys travelling and going to the theatre.
