Biography
Having enjoyed a successful career as an experienced insurance practitioner, since qualifying Mark has specialised in commercial real estate, acting in a wide range of transactions for institutional and overseas clients including retail and industrial portfolio acquisitions, disposals and refinancing, including being part of the small team completing the largest land deal in Scotland in 2014, to single property and lease management transactions.
Mark also acts for SMEs and individual investors in acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and leasing transactions (for both landlords and tenants) as well as acting for lenders and borrowers in development financing.
