She also undertakes mediation, provides tailored employment documentation and advises on the enforceability of restrictive covenants and settlement agreements.
Laura is experienced in advising and representing trade union members in a wide range of employment-related matters and in representing both employees and employers at employment tribunals throughout Scotland and at the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
