Biography
Gillian is based in BTO’s Helensburgh office. She principally advises private individuals and their families on how best to achieve their aims in their personal affairs, including the preparation of Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney.
She deals regularly with individuals in assessing their own particular family circumstances and advising them on how a will can be tailored to their needs, by including, for example, specialist trust provision for younger or disabled beneficiaries.
Gillian also has an interest in working with adults with incapacity matters. She is experienced in the drafting of Powers of Attorney and often advises both grantors and Attorneys as to their options, rights and responsibilities.
