Biography
Darren is a Claims Handler within BTO’s Non-PI Recovery team. He specialises mostly in subrogated RTA claims, along with Commercial & Domestic property claims for insurers and self-insureds. Prior to BTO, Darren worked for a large UK insurer dealing with a wide variety of mostly disputed claims and he also has experience in Fraud Detection. His experience with a wide variety of claims helps him have the knowledge to deal with a full range of matters and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
