Prior to BTO, Pamela worked in the insurance industry. With over 25 years of experience in dealing with motor claims and accident and health claims, and impressive planning and organisation skills, Pamela handles claims quickly and efficiently to achieve great results for all BTO’s clients.

She has many years of experience in Right to Buy transactions, Shared Ownership transactions, is involved also in individual plot sales (including NSSE) and acquisitions for various Housing Associations.

Joe began working within the Insurance Industry during 1977. Prior to joining BTO as an investigator he held a variety of key claims investigative/handling positions for three major composite insurers, along with a leading loss adjusting firm.
He is experienced in investigating and handling personal injury/third party property damage claims arising from employers' liability, public liability, products liability & motor insurance, with his role taking him all over Scotland.
His wealth of experience & diligent approach allow him to assist BTO’s insurance clients on pre & post litigation issues.
