Sarah Curthoys

Sarah joined BTO Solicitors in October 2023 after previously working within the Private Client sector in Monaco, London and Edinburgh.

She has worked in the Private Client sector for almost a decade, specialising in trust administration (private and charitable trusts) and providing personalised services to high-net-worth clients.

Sarah also plays a key role in the day-to-day administration of Financial Guardianship matters, acting as the coordinator between the Office of the Public Guardian and third parties to ensure a smooth and excellent service for the clients.

Sarah was awarded a Distinction in the STEP Certificate for Financial Services – Trust and Estate Planning Exam, and a Merit in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trusts: Law and Practice (Scotland).
