Kieran Thrall

Kieran is a Senior Solicitor working in the firm’s contentious Construction & Engineering team.

He advises both employers and contractors regularly in connection with high value and complex construction disputes.

The types of claim that Kieran typically deals with include:

• contractual claims for payment
• extension of time and loss and/or expense claims
• claims in respect of defective works and
• claims in connection with contractual termination.

Whilst much of his work involves pursuing or defending claims in adjudications and litigations, Kieran also recognises the value in the early resolution and avoidance of disputes.

Whatever his clients’ interests may be, Kieran seeks to develop effective strategies aimed towards best meeting those objectives.
