Joe Paul

Joe brings over 40 years’ experience and technical knowledge of insurance claims handling/investigation to his role, having previously worked for three large UK based composite insurers and two UK National Loss Adjusters, where he held a variety of key claims investigative/handling positions.

His remit includes investigating and handling personal injury / disease and third party property damage claims arising from employers’ liability, public liability, products liability and motor insurance, with his role taking him all over Scotland.

Joe’s wealth of experience and diligent approach allow him to assist BTO’s insurance clients on pre and post litigation issues. Cost effective enquiries and reporting of claims investigations involves detailed planning and organising to maintain a high level of quality and customer service, all within tight timescales.
