Jennifer Stewart

Jennifer joined the Personal Injury arm of BTO’s Liability Claims team almost 10 years ago, after acting exclusively for a large Pursuer firm following qualification as a solicitor.

Throughout her career she has dealt with all types of occupational illness claims, primarily those involving asbestos and has a broad wealth of experience as a litigator, both in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.

She specialises in high value and complex cases in which fatal injuries have been sustained and her experience of acting for both Pursuers and Defenders gives her an invaluable insight into such cases.
