Garry is a Partner with over 30 years’ experience in dispute resolution. He has particular expertise in insurance, high value and complex personal injury claims and is regularly instructed on complex international cases.

He is also a practising mediator and regularly acts as a mediator in a wide range of disputes.

Experience

• Instructed in an un-litigated public liability claim involving a fatality arising from a tragic episode which resulted in the deceased being found dead in a river on the insured’s property.
• Successfully defending an employer’s liability, stress, bullying and harassment at work court action arising from alleged failure to address an employee’s concerns over covid safety measures.
• Acting as mediator in a property damage dispute between a property tenant and neighbouring landlord.
• Acting as mediator in a contractual dispute between a construction firm and instructing client.
