ACAS have today issued some useful guidance documents in relation to the changes.

This is a complex area of law which will require employers with 250 or more employees to issue certain wage related information in relation to the gender pay gap. The legislation is complex and affected employers will need to consider their current internal systems to ensure that the required information is available. There are a number of steps that affected employers should be taking now.
The process that is required to comply with the Regulations can be difficult and take time.
