BTO Solicitors LLP’s employment team embarks on 2022 with the signing of new Partner Dawn Robertson who joins the firm’s Edinburgh office.
An experienced Tribunal practitioner who has appeared in the EAT, Dawn’s arrival brings BTO’s total number of accredited specialists to four, as fellow partners Caroline Carr, Laura Salmond and Jacqueline McCluskey are also specialists in employment law.
With over 20 years’ experience, Dawn has practiced mainly in Edinburgh and London in recent years. Her diverse expertise includes guiding a range of employer and employee/executive clients across the private, public and third sectors. Dawn advises on matters ranging from employment law issues resulting from company acquisitions and sales, to complex disciplinary, capability and grievance matters and the management of difficult exits, particularly from senior management positions.
