Fundraising/Events
Charities have to follow statutory rules when fundraising in particular ways (especially when employing another person to fundraise for the charity). BTO can assist in ensuring that contracts for fundraising comply with the relevant regulation.
Some forms of fundraising, such as public collections and certain types of events, need licences. Again, we can assist a charity to meet all such requirements, some of which will vary from one local authority to another.
