Marieclaire has advised on a full range of transactions including acquisition and disposal of development land and buildings, site assembly, property investment, conveyancing aspects of corporate transactions, security work, RSL and property related contracts, commercial leasing, retail, wind and hydro renewables projects (for both developers and funders).
Her experience involves development sites, investment portfolios, industrial estates, hotels and multi-let office buildings to high street retail units and shopping centres. Clients include: RSLs, funders, developers, charities and retail clients include global sport brand and beauty brand and a UK luxury accessories brand for transactions in Scotland.
