Due to expansion, BTO Solicitors are looking for an experienced HR Advisor. This is a busy role covering all aspects of the employee journey from recruitment, the implementation of HR policies and procedures and generalist HR and training activities.
You will be CIPD qualified to Level 7, familiar with MS Office and be able to produce high quality management information using SAGE Snowdrops software. The post holder must be able to work independently using their own initiative and be flexible in order to support the HR Manager with a variety of roles.
